What is Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being. The type of Sound Therapy offered by Sound Metrics is utilizing both the sound and vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan Sound Bowls for productivity and well-being.

Who is this good for? 
Sound Therapy is good for all ages however I would consult with a doctor before exposing small children to the sounds. Children can hear more tones and frequencies than adults so I would make sure they are comfortable. The sound may appear louder to them. 
Are there any negative effects? 
There are no known negative effects of Sound Therapy. Music has been used for centuries to heal the body and optimize performance.
